We accept Interac e-Transfer from any Canadian bank. All prices and payments are in Canadian dollars. When sending an e-transfer, include only your order number in the notes field to avoid processing delays.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracked shipping options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Yes. Every product is third-party tested and COAs are available on request. Email support@limitlesshealthlabs.ca with your order number and the product name.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Most lyophilised peptides should be stored at −20°C, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within the timeframe indicated on your COA. Always refer to the specific COA for your batch.
