Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Limitless Peptides (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business operating in Canada. In these terms “you” means the person placing an order or using the site.
Legal entity: Limitless Peptides
Email: limitlesshealthlabs@gmail.com
2. Accepting these terms
Using this site, creating an account, or placing an order means you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot be limited by agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order, and you must have the legal capacity to enter a contract. We sell to customers in Canada only. We do not ship internationally.
By ordering you confirm that you are purchasing on your own behalf or on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to bind, and that you will use the products only as described in section 4.
4. Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied strictly as a research chemical, for laboratory and research use only.
- Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices or natural health products.
- They are not for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation or topical application.
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada for any such use.
- Nothing on this site is medical advice. Speak to a licensed healthcare professional about any health question.
By placing an order you confirm that you are qualified to handle research chemicals safely, that you will store, handle and dispose of them in line with the rules that apply to you, and that you will not resell or supply them for human or animal use. You are solely responsible for how the products are used once they leave our care, and you accept full liability for that use.
We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe the products are intended for consumption or any other prohibited use.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
6. Products, descriptions and availability
We work to describe products, strengths, purity and stock accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image or specification is complete or error free. Colours and packaging may vary from the images shown.
Stock is limited and product listings may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Where a certificate of analysis is available for a batch, it relates to that batch only.
7. Prices, taxes and currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST, HST or PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province. Shipping charges are shown before you pay.
Prices can change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
8. Orders and when a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it; it is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where the product is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, payment could not be verified, or we believe the order breaches these terms. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
9. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must clear before we dispatch. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
10. Shipping, delivery, title and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you give us. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
It is your responsibility to give a complete, accurate shipping address and to arrange safe receipt. We are not liable for a parcel that goes missing after being delivered to the address you provided.
11. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, opened vials and consumables cannot be returned for product-integrity reasons, and damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, to resell our products for human or animal use, to interfere with the site’s operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to submit false, misleading or infringing content. We may restrict or withdraw access if you do.
13. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, images, product photography, labels, branding and layout, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use, including copying, republishing or commercial use, needs our written permission.
14. Third-party links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that is the case, this section applies only to the extent permitted.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury or death arising from any use of the products contrary to section 4.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any use of our products for human or animal consumption.
18. Privacy and electronic messages
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and Canadian privacy law. We send commercial electronic messages only in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and you can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “last updated” date above tells you when this version took effect.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [PROVINCE] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [PROVINCE]. This does not remove your right to bring a claim in your own province where consumer protection law gives you that right.
21. Language
The parties have requested that these terms and all related documents be drawn up in English. Les parties ont demandé que ces conditions et tous les documents s’y rapportant soient rédigés en anglais.
22. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Returns Policy, are the entire agreement between us about your use of the site.
