Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when a return or refund is possible, and how to start one.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

What can be returned

Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition and packaging you received them in.

Opened vials cannot be returned. Once a sealed research compound has been opened we cannot verify its storage conditions or integrity, so we cannot resell it or accept it back. This is a product-integrity requirement, not a restocking preference.

Bacteriostatic water and other consumables cannot be returned once opened.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. You will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.

How to start a return

1. Email limitlesshealthlabs@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and, if so, issue return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued by Interac e-Transfer within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds are returned by Interac e-Transfer in Canadian dollars, to an email address you nominate.

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received an approved refund, check with your bank or card issuer first, as processing times vary. If it still has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us at limitlesshealthlabs@gmail.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
